1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or subscribing to Finder Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
Finder Tool Pro offers auto-renewable subscription tiers:
- Annual Subscription: $29.00 billed once per year ($2.42/month equivalent).
- Monthly Subscription: $3.00 billed each month ($36.00 total for the year).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings.
3. License & Scope of Use
Finder Tool grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on macOS devices linked to your Apple ID account.
4. Safeguards & Disclaimer of Warranty
Finder Tool includes safety features including automated pre-apply SHA-256 backup snapshots, atomic POSIX file writes, and rollback drift detection. However, Finder Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for maintaining regular system backups (such as Time Machine).
